Thought I would bring my family to try Middle Eastern food since we are from the Middle East. Very unpleasant experience! Starting with the staff, once I arrived with a reservation 10 mins early the staff very rudely told me and my family to come back in 10 mins lol, and she was trying to make me believe I don't have a reservation until I quickly saw and found my name on the screen and was trying to say that I do have a reservation. They made us wait eventhough there were 4 free tables at the patio for us to be seated (atleast to wait while being seated). On top of that they mixed up our orders. We asked for lamb meat on hummus and they got chicken with lamb. (As an arab I have never seen chicken with Hummus, probably charged us for the lamb meat which costs more, we just accepted the mix up since we were very hungry and I wanted my family to try Arabic food away from home) and they also forgot to bring half of the shawermas we ordered (we had to share two plates while the rest was being made and brought late) blaming it on me since they said I ordered a plate and not a sandwich in the beggining which was not true but I just said thanks and no worries. All of this while the food was very overpriced (hummus plate with some meat cost around 16 euros which is normally an appetizer). It was an embarrassing experience for me since my family was visiting me in Spain where I live and study (Spanish speaker as well). The owner of the restaurants keeps blaming his customers in the google reviews and is rude with the replies that I have seen. I understand that they have three branches but sadly making them less monitored and not up to standard especially with the staff (no matter how good the food is which it wasn't being rude makes the experience one of the worst). The most upsetting thing for me was the attitude and rudeness of the staff. Wouldn't recommend it at all. Sadly it wasn't what I expected from a Lebanese restaurant where usually hospitality comes first over anything. Wouldn't go...
Read moreI have to change my review. I just looked at some pictures of what other people got, and ours was not the same. Would have been five stars but the portions were very small for the price. And the other people fared much better than we did, so maybe this was just a fluke. The food was mostly absolutely delicious, but don’t count on getting enough to eat unless you are willing to spend more money. We got a shawarma roll which was a little dry but it was 3:30pm so we expected it, red pepper pate which was fantastic and the vermicelli rice which was phenomenal especially given that it is not an entree. And we got it delivered, and it came in beautiful boxes. We would much rather have had more delicious food! The roasted red pepper dip we ordered did not come with bread, and we had to pay extra for it. And not that this was important, but we counted 6 French fries. And it seems a little strange that the cheapest ingredients would be the ones that they decided to save money on. If it was my restaurant, I would rather focus on people be happy than worry so much about cutting corners. The food was very authentic and tasty seasoned perfectly, but pricey for what you get. There is plenty of money in this city for restaurants to be very successful, so I can’t quite understand it when restaurateurs decide to...
Read moreIf I could give minus stars I would. Do not go to this restaurant! The bald main guy is a misogynistic, unprofessional, horrible person who thinks he can speak to paying customers with zero respect. We had been waiting 1.5hr for our main meal and went up to the counter to explain the situation to be met with severe offence. This then caused this man to throw our main meal onto the table in front of us and decide to shout at the woman who had explained how long we had been waiting for our meal. He then carried on berating the table of customers for saying the food was late as well as the wrong order. With this we decided to leave telling him he was a very rude person, to which he threatened to call the police. (We paid for the food we did not eat) All this while insulting people who could not speak the language therefore taking advantage of the language barrier. He then pursued us down the street shouting abuse. This man should not be working in customer service or any person facing role for a matter of fact. Other things that should be noted are: no toilet roll in the toilets and no air conditioning inside while it is 30+ degrees. If I could’ve left without paying...
