Pros: I love the guy, I love the food. I wish that he either moves to Vienna or I might move to Valencia! Caveats: you can only sit inside, and the service does not speak English, however is very welcomeing and will try to communicate with pictures, broken Spanish and a translator app. I'm just saying this for completion sake, the food is so good I was shedding a tear! Simplemente fabuloso. Restaurante pequeñito con un solo chef y dos camareras. Si que es cierto que una sola persona en cocina puede ser justo para ir a tiempo con todas las mesas, pero con solo ver con la delicadeza que iba abriendo el aguacate y poniendo cada ingrediente en el plato, vale la pena. Pedimos el guacamole que te lo prepara la camarera en la mesa y estaba muy gustoso y perfectamente condimentado. De segundo fajitas a compartir muy buenas también , la fajita bien hecha y la carne perfecta, esoecialmente el pollo que era a la brasa. Mi pareja se pidió un taco fuera de carta de gambones ( no recuerdo todos los ingredientes) , segun él : el mejor taco que hasta la fecha había probado. Comimos tan bien que preferimos no pedir postre para quedarnos con el recuerdo de la comida. En cuanto al local, local pequeño sin grandes abalorios mejicanos ni guirnaldas coloridas pues no lo necesitan para demostrar su buen hacer.
