Restaurante Saiki — Restaurant in Valencia

Newly opened Japanese restaurant in Valencia. After many years of having the restaurant in Madrid, they moved to Valencia recently. My general experience with Japanese restaurants in Valencia was ok but not good enough to go back regularly because I can make more or less the same dishes at home by myself. A newly opened Japanese restaurant near the bus station Tetuán. I really hope more people would get to know Saiki and dine here coz it’s so damn good! The chef is Japanese and the lady who served us is Japanese. So rest assured that your taste buds would be satisfied with authenticity. We ordered Omakase for both of us, including seven plates of food and one dessert. The beverages were reasonably priced. The whole dining experience was so cozy and satisfying. Finally found a real japanese Omakase in Valencia! Although we had not booked the Kaiseki menu originally, they managed to still make it for us. The food was delicious and reminded me of my best experiences in Japan.
