Restaurante Yuki — Restaurant in Valencia

This was a mistake to visit this place. I take lunch with my Gf, and we ordered a misosoup and sushi. It was fine and ok until i bite my tuna sushi. It was dead already twice. I can understand sometimes happenes like this, i couldn't even swallow this so... Surely i notify a stuff and asked to make something, even they sould know that they have a rotten tuna.

So it is a part thet kill this restaurant, the cook come and started to prove us that this is fresh and was bought at this week (2-3 days). Cook took out this rotten fish from a sushi and I shook it in sticks and tried to prove that the fish was fresh, UNTIL i shown one i already tried.

And the best part of the story, nothing changes. I guess no one did any measures. I just finish all another sushi, because i was hungry, no one changed it. and a little apology i received from one polite man who tried...

I never take the time to review things but if i can save someone’s money on this one i’ll be moooore than happy (I have no idea why they have good ratings it blows my mind) Trust me don’t go there there’s so many problems. The Buffet is more expensive than other places and they have less things. You can only order 3 times??? (they don’t tell you this, if you’re lucky you’re read the conditions). You can only take 3 sashimis pro person. They charge the drinks. They take the menus every single time you order so you have to ask for it multiple times and stresses you so you don’t order a lot. the quality were meh and the service also. So...

No idea what the negative reviewers didn't like. We stumbled upon this place by chance and we're very glad we did! Excellent friendly and fast service, tasty food, great presentation - and very much on the budget. Sushi and sashimi were great. And yes, they told us we could only order 3 rounds of food - but we ordered some of the dishes x2 (like sashimi) per round, and tbh two rounds were more than enough, we didn't order the third. Two buffets plus one bottle of water, one Fanta and one Sapporo beer came under €40, that's hard to beat. Awesome place,...
