Avoid avoid avoid this restaurant! We sat outside where we served by a waiter who was young and had zero front of house or customer experience. When he served our bottle of wine it was just placed or rather it was slammed on the table and left for us to pour. I ordered house bread which was focacia, but actually was more like toast! Dry and very unpleasant to eat. My girlfriend had a creamy pasta with mushrooms, which when it arrived had clearly been left standing before being served. It was dry and had no flavour. We also had to ask for Parmesan (which by the way was not fresh). When I challenged the final bill to say we were not happy with the food or the service I was told there nothing they could do and refused to remove the items we didn't eat. The manager had no time or care for us as were 'foreign' and showed no customer service at all. Instead he left it to a colleague to deal with - Marta who was very attentive and helpful but had her hands tied by the weak, gutless manager. One star rating is over exaggerating this restaurant. This place is known for offering overpriced low quality food, but since my girl wanted to go, here we are.

It was not busy at all, just a few tables here and there. Nonetheless, what promised to be a relaxed meal turned into a show due to the immature and unprofessional behaviour of the waiters. Most of these young females hate their job and the food, as funnily one said to us when she looked fun at us when pouring a lot of cheese on the risotto (the carbonara one tastes to regular dull rice).

The restaurant was “cute” at best, certainly not worth the 18€ price per dish, especially when they are infamously reheated and the service acts as if they were constantly forgiving your life. Avoid this place at all cost.

It’s very rare to find a GOOD Italian restaurant! The pasta is insanely-delicious! They have big portions “to-share” and it’s enough for 2 persons. The pizza is also nice but the pasta is their 5-star dish imho. You can create you own dish by choosing the type of pasta you want ( traditional or stuffed) and the sauce that fancies you the most. You can’t choose wrong, believe me! The staff is very nice and helpful when it cones to recommendations.
