I don’t know how to give this place more than 5 stars but if I could I would. Me and a friend shared the Terrezno and Burrata to start and the Burrata was fantastic but the Terrezno was something else, I’ve never taste pork that crispy, salty, and juicy. That Terrezno was the best thing on the menu. We also shared a bottle of wine that the owner recommended and it paired perfectly with my Tenderloin and my friends beef ribs, the caramelized onions with the tenderloin are to die for. We got the tiramisu which was so light and so insanely good. We also got the white chocolate flan, I don’t understand how they got so many flavors with it but they did, they had 2 types of sugars on it, one pops in your mouth and the other one has such an amazing nutty taste. The perfect end to an incredible meal. The owner and the chef are both amazing people with such amazing knowledge. The owner is one of the nicest and kindest people I’ve ever met. Will 100% be coming back whenever I’m in Valencia. If you don’t come here when you’re in Valencia, you’re missing out. I love this place and is the best meal I’ve had...
Read moreStumbled across this place with my boyfriend on our first night in Valencia. Arrived late at 10pm and we were treated like a king and queen 😊 the waiter was friendly and went out of his way for us, the food was delicious, perfectly cooked and seasoned (both of us are chefs so we know what we are talking about!) the atmosphere eating on the terrace in the little street with people walking by was so lovely. Overall a fantastic night, really couldn’t have been any better! We came towards the end of service and they were sold out of some menu options, the waiter was very apologetic but as chefs we appreciated the small menu with fresh produce and high quality meat and the fact they were sold out means not only are they very popular with the locals but they also have very short order-to-table times! Also super price/quality ratio,50€ a person for a shared starter, main course each, shared dessert and a delicious bottle of white wine. Thank you again for making our first night out in Valencia so memorable 😊🐷 and also the recommendations for the paella...
Read moreI went to The Rebel Pigs to celebrate the birthday of a very good friend of mine and I must say the restaurant was a big surprise to me.
We got several type of dishes, as based on the name of the restaurant, mainly different types of meat. As my dad is working in the industry I am a little bit of a connoisseur when it comes to the source of protein. I enjoyed every single bite and I was pleasantly surprised by the interesting and creative thinking of the chef in ha sauces and pairings.
The chef Ricardo came himself from the kitchen to explain us the menu, what we will get and a little information on what we are going to taste. During our dinner he ensured we were happy until the end and managed to combine his great cooking skills with a great sense of service which is usually a must in hospitality and followed by not that many chefs. I was personally very impressed.
I hope I will have the chance to come again to The Rebel Pigs and enjoy a meal that will only fill my heart with joy.
A few pictures of the dishes and the...
