TKO Tacos San Vicente — Restaurant in Valencia

I rarely leave reviews but felt compelled to after eating at this branch of TKO Tacos. The service was the worst I have experienced in a fast food establishment. The woman taking my order had a very bad attitude, didn’t say much but she didn’t need to as her body language and face said it all - she seemed bothered by the fact that she had to take my order (ie do her job). When she did speak, she was incredibly rude in her tone - she was either having a bad day or has zero customer service skills. Whoever was clearing tables was so eager to clear ours while we were still clearly eating and touching our drink cans to check if there was still any left or if she could tidy them, when she could have just asked us. The lock on the women’s bathrooms door was broken and there was a sign on the door asking people to knock before trying to enter, but the sign was in Spanish only - considering a lot of tourists visit Valencia it would be a good idea to also write it in English so no one comes in while I’m in there. Found this by chance walking down the main road, the look intrigued me and the prices drew me in. The ambiance was quite nice, and you have to line up to order then sit. Staff were quite efficient and food was tasty. Tried a quesadilla and a beef tongue taco, with a margarita all for around 12€ if I recall correctly. That margarita was delicious and filled to the brim! Portion sizes are small but to be expected from the prices. We visited a couple of days ago and ordered tacos. The ordering and pickup system could use some improvement. After placing our order, we waited about 20 minutes and heard our name called, but another group of young boys claimed the food. It seemed like they might have taken advantage of the lack of verification, as no one was asked to confirm the order. We had to speak with the staff, who initially thought our food had already been delivered, but once they realized the mix-up, they prepared our order again.
