🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 An exceptional dining experience at HAUS San Vincente in Valencia!
Everything about our visit was simply delightful. The standout of the evening was our waiter, Martin—extremely professional, friendly, always smiling, and impressively helpful. His recommendations were spot-on, and he took great care in making sure our two young children were comfortable and happy throughout the meal. That kind of attentiveness really made the difference!
We ordered a seafood paella that was nothing short of extraordinary, along with two delicious pizzas. Every bite was full of flavor and beautifully presented.
The restaurant itself is lovely—clean, stylish, and inviting. The staff were all incredibly courteous, including the Italian hostess, Diletta (if I remember correctly), who greeted us warmly and went out of her way to help us locate a nearby pharmacy. Such genuine kindness was deeply appreciated.
To top it all off, HAUS San Vincente enjoys a fantastic central location in Valencia, making it the perfect spot for both locals and visitors. Highly recommended for anyone seeking great food, warm service, and an all-around wonderful atmosphere!...
Read moreA disappointing experience! I felt I could have had a more relaxing meal if I was sat by the side of a busy road! Our table was situated at a pinch point alongside the bar. At this point, the owner/manageress chose to stand to do her admin. Therefore making it difficult for the staff (of which there were too many on the floor) to pass by. To add to this, we had the noise of the coins being counted in the till & the cutlery being polished. There are better times & places to do these jobs. However, our waiter was astute & attentive. Also the lad serving drinks behind the bar worked quietly & efficiently. As for the food.....two paella dishes. Both tasteless & barely warm. Presented in cold serving dishes & we were given cold plates. Having worked in hospitality, I know it is only fair to give feedback at the time to allow for the dish to be corrected. But sadly today we did not want to prolong our dining...
Read moreMy wife and visited this restaurant twice. The food was great , but the service was disorganized. I observed the manager regularly directing the staff almost like he was directing traffic. They have a system of food carriers and waitresses. Twice, food carriers came to our table with someone else’s drinks or food. I ordered a main course, salad and appetizer from the waitress. The food carrier brought all three dishes at once. I told her to bring the main dish, salmon, back and keep it warm. The wait staff should consist of all waitresses with assigned tables so that the patrons are dealing with one person. Not three or four. Too disorganized. Besides one personal waitress gives more attention and I can leave a tip. Change your waiter/waitress strategy and people will be much happier. And the manager does not have to micromanage. ...
