🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 An exceptional dining experience at HAUS San Vincente in Valencia!

Everything about our visit was simply delightful. The standout of the evening was our waiter, Martin—extremely professional, friendly, always smiling, and impressively helpful. His recommendations were spot-on, and he took great care in making sure our two young children were comfortable and happy throughout the meal. That kind of attentiveness really made the difference!

We ordered a seafood paella that was nothing short of extraordinary, along with two delicious pizzas. Every bite was full of flavor and beautifully presented.

The restaurant itself is lovely—clean, stylish, and inviting. The staff were all incredibly courteous, including the Italian hostess, Diletta (if I remember correctly), who greeted us warmly and went out of her way to help us locate a nearby pharmacy. Such genuine kindness was deeply appreciated.

To top it all off, HAUS San Vincente enjoys a fantastic central location in Valencia, making it the perfect spot for both locals and visitors. Highly recommended for anyone seeking great food, warm service, and an all-around wonderful atmosphere!...

A disappointing experience! I felt I could have had a more relaxing meal if I was sat by the side of a busy road! Our table was situated at a pinch point alongside the bar. At this point, the owner/manageress chose to stand to do her admin. Therefore making it difficult for the staff (of which there were too many on the floor) to pass by. To add to this, we had the noise of the coins being counted in the till & the cutlery being polished. There are better times & places to do these jobs. However, our waiter was astute & attentive. Also the lad serving drinks behind the bar worked quietly & efficiently. As for the food.....two paella dishes. Both tasteless & barely warm. Presented in cold serving dishes & we were given cold plates. Having worked in hospitality, I know it is only fair to give feedback at the time to allow for the dish to be corrected. But sadly today we did not want to prolong our dining...

My wife and visited this restaurant twice. The food was great , but the service was disorganized. I observed the manager regularly directing the staff almost like he was directing traffic. They have a system of food carriers and waitresses. Twice, food carriers came to our table with someone else’s drinks or food. I ordered a main course, salad and appetizer from the waitress. The food carrier brought all three dishes at once. I told her to bring the main dish, salmon, back and keep it warm. The wait staff should consist of all waitresses with assigned tables so that the patrons are dealing with one person. Not three or four. Too disorganized. Besides one personal waitress gives more attention and I can leave a tip. Change your waiter/waitress strategy and people will be much happier. And the manager does not have to micromanage. ...

As of writing of this review, HAUS has 3.8 stars on google and this is a fair rating. This place isn’t bad, but it isn’t particularly good. Food: We ordered a seafood paella, it was decent, but not a lot of seafood, it seems they calculate the portion. 1 prawn, 1 piece of calamari, 2 mussels. The rice was tasty, we only got 1 slice of lemon for two people. Overall, good, but probably will try some other place for this dish. Also ordered a jug of sangria. Distinct lack of fruit in a drink that is supposed to be full of fruit - 2 slices of lemon and some ice. Tastes fine, but I do miss seeing watermelon in my sangria. Service: good and friendly. Place is somewhat chaotic, but we got a table without a reservation. Kudos to guys working the floor. Atmosphere: Nice place, tailored to foreigners. It works well, the food is ok, but nothing is outstanding.

Decent franchise restaurant with a plentiful menu at very reasonable pricing. Nothing fancy but food is good. Where can you get a black angus steak for under 20€? Also I liked mine seared as I requested it and it was perfectly prepared. Some family members had Paella and said it was excellent, so overal the food is great. Downside is the condition of the restaurant, seemed old, out of place and outdated. A little dirty if I may say, I know is a franchise restaurant and we should not expect a Michelin star but also not expect a McDonald's. Service was polite and friendly but excessively slow even though it was not busy at the time of our dinner (10pm). To sum it all yes I would go back due to the food but not for the time it takes to get it nor the ambiance of the place itself, therefor it gets 3 stars with potential of 4.

the unfriendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. We were the only guests who were served a very burned paella which wouldn’t even be able to fill up a three year old child… As soon as we were ready to pay the bill our server (very short and blond) gave us our table number and told us in the most rude way possible to pay our bill inside at the bar, whilst handing all the other guests around us the bill with the biggest smile. He blamed it on the „order of the restaurant“ which is inconsistent to his behavioral pattern of the evening. Worst experience in Valencia which I highly do not recommend especially for girls with an ethnical background! Let’s do better guys (tbh it’s difficult to do worse..)
