Restaurante Casa Eulogio — Restaurant in Valencia

Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at a fantastic restaurant called "Casa Eulogio". From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and their exceptional service continued throughout my entire visit. Even though I was very hesitant about the size of the portions particularly for the "tapas".

As the food arrived, I have to say I was positively surprised . The menu offered a wide variety of options, and everything I ordered was delicious. The chef clearly takes pride in their work, as every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor.

What really stood out to me, however, was the level of interaction and attention provided by the staff. My server took the time to explain various menu items and offer recommendations based on my preferences, which I really appreciated. They also checked in frequently to ensure that everything was to my liking, and even offered to make adjustments if needed.

Overall, I would highly recommend "Casa Eulogio" to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. The combination of excellent service, delicious food, and friendly atmosphere truly set this restaurant apart. I will definitely be returning...

My visit to Casa Eulogio in Valencia left me utterly disappointed. Seeking an authentic paella experience, I ordered the seafood paella, but the ordeal began when they made us wait for an hour, despite initially promising a 20-minute wait.

To add to the frustration, they brought an unrequested appetizer "by accident," which seemed more like a dubious tactic to keep hungry customers occupied. The fact that they were doing this to other foreign tables raised red flags.

When the paella finally arrived, it failed to redeem the lengthy wait. The flavor and quality were underwhelming, making the hour-long delay even more regrettable.

I expected more from a restaurant claiming to serve Valencia's signature dish. Sadly, Casa Eulogio fell far short of its reputation. I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking an authentic...

!!!WARNING: SCAM!!! The food was mediocre and the menu had misleading prices. For example they write 18€ for a paella for 2 persons, but they don’t mention it’s 18€ per person. Also, they write 1,50 for the croqetas, but they don’t mention it’s 1,50 each (why put a price per unit if you can not choose how many?). And on top of all that, they make you pay for the free bread AND butter at the end when receiving the paycheque.

When we tried to discuss the amount, they reacted really violently and forced us to pay the dubbele of what we had calculated based on their menu. Don’t recommend sincerely. I hope I can prevent other people from getting...
