I like the view and the fact, that they have glutenfree options here!!!

BUT:

  1. the burgers were dry like the sand at the beach and one was without cheese!

  2. the frites were not burger King crispy!

  3. the hygienic level- Tables dirty, floor dirty, nice view but windows dirty, kitchen...? I've never been in such a unhygienic Burger King! Hygiene- 0! I hope you will improve that!!! I'm not sure who has to clean all this...so I cannot give the service more Stars!

Next time I am going to have a look at the toilettes...and for me it doesn't matter if you are sharing them with other restaurants!

Food is produced here! Hygiene is a key position! So hopefully it will be better next time and the food is worth the money I pay for it...otherwise, I will take some good...

We have eaten from this Burger King twice on our trip. The first time in the restaurant itself, it was okay - exactly what you'd expect although the drinks were initially wrong but we're replaced fine. However the second time we decided to order it to our Hotel, I was excited to try the Bao Bun burger which unfortunately arrived dry, without the extra bacon I paid for...and worst of all, half way through eating, I noticed small green speckles of mold on the bottom bun - reached out to Uber Eats who issued me a refund, luckily I'm not sick from it. During my initial visit I'd have probably said ⭐⭐⭐ but for health and safety reasons, I can't let this be higher than...

Where do I begin? Came here for lunch today with a family of four. Two kids meals and two double cheeseburger meals later I am €33 poorer and have endured the worst Burger King I’ve ever eaten in almost 40 years…

Kids meals - fine

Double cheeseburger/bacon cheeseburger meals were shocking. Small burgers, tiny even. My bacon cheeseburger came with the scrappiest pieces of bacon I’ve ever seen… the burger was like warm at best and the fries were cold.

Pretty disgusting really and the guy on the counter just shrugged and said I should’ve ordered the XXL one… not helpful.

Won’t be coming back, they clearly haven’t worked on anything reading through the...

Surrealista, no se puede decir de otro modo. 40 min para pedir y ahora a esperar por la.comida. dos personas para atender todo esto, y por mucho que se esfuercen (y lo hacen) no hay manera. Esto es comida rápida? Al empresario que corresponda: espabile! Que la.pandemia no lo justifica todo, negrero. Comentario adicional de Agosto de 2022: Esto sigue siendo un desastre. Han metido más personal, hasta 5 personas en total (que locura!), Pero aunque el tiempo de espera de ha mejorado seguimos en cifras de.ridiculo. respecto a los errores de comandas.....un clásico, solo un suicida no miraría bien lo que hay en la bolsa o bandeja porque siempre, absolutamente siempre viene mal. No he podido gastar las coronas, problemas del sistema decian, ja, ja,ja) y lo.peor es que han subido el precio de los cupones sin avisar. Miro la factura y 2€ más en un cupón de 10"50.delantw de mi, las hamburguesas básicas a 2€ en fin, la culpa es mía por ceder a los caprichos de la niña Ahora en serio de empresario a empresario: a tu que te pasa? Tienes un local que es oro, tienes una franquicia de marca de primera y el entorno llevo de turistas, no tienes co.oompetencia directa alrededor.....y esto es lo que haces? No conozco a nadie que salga de allí sin mentar a tus progenitores. Antes pensaba que eras un negrero pero ahora te go claro que lo que te falta es entendimiento. Voy a escribir a BK España informando bien de lo que haces porque soy yo y no vuelves a escribir la letra B o K en lo que te resta de vida.
