For this review, you'll have to come with me as I take you on a little bit of a journey. I came here, when I was younger, with family. This was my first ever real family trip abroad, new food, new sites, places and people. I liked Lanzarote, and to this day I still have fond memories of it with my family. But today I'm here with my wife. On our honeymoon. And my god, did this make the trip so very worth it. Today, we ordered garlic in prawns, garlic mushrooms, and then two cordon blues, Now first of I'm going to say, I came here years ago and the food seared itself into my mind because it was BEAUTIFUL, truly the most heartfelt amazing cuisine I'd had in Lanzarote. Today I return, and they topped it. My god, the food is incredible, the staff are so friendly, attentive, and incredibly polite and honest. We drove to the Marina from Costa teguise on the other side of the island because my wife wanted me to shut up about how incredible it was, and now she can't stop raving about it either. To any tourist going to the marina, please please stop by this restaurant, the views are incredible, the staff are amazing and so accommodating and I cannot stress enough how much of a gem this establishment is, And to the owner and staff, your restaurant is a beacon all others on the island should strive to beat, you are the standard above all others. The Kong's of Canarian cuisine, I gave the biggest tip I've ever given, at about 40% because you deserve it, and I want to come back here with my children, someday in the years to come so that they too can experience the beauty that is true Canarian cooking.

Visited here on our last night as last time we came the service and food was amazing but sadly it really wasn't good this time and I was really disappointed. One member of staff was really quite rude, thought I was imagining it until another member of our party mentioned it too, got an eye roll when I said we hadn't booked and was basically ignored for awhile even though it wasn't even that busy as it winding down for the evening, to be honest I wanted to walk away as didn't feel welcome at all, really sad when I've been before with locals and couldn't of had a warmer welcome. Not everyone can book in advance and it wasn't even that busy compared to other restaurants on the Marina. Anyway the food wasn't that great even though they were decent sized portions, the veal was dry and the canarian potatoes were really over salty, the normally delicious mojo sauce tasted like a load of curry power and salt was emptied into it, you couldn't tell the difference between the red or green sauce. We were over charged for a dessert that never arrived which was adjusted but not with much of an apology. The sangria tasted like lemonade and was over priced in my opinion. The Irish coffee didn't taste like it had any whiskey in it at all. Overall really disappointed especially as I'd been looking forward to saving this restaurant as our last meal before heading home - we come out to Lanzarote a lot due to family living here but won't be returning and I've not said that before In a review ☹️

Great view from this first floor restaurant. We had 3 Tapas dishes - Spanish omlett, goats cheese & a salad - tuna, onion & tomato. That was enough food for the two of us as all good size portions. Washed it down with a really cold large larger & glass house wine... The bill was €24 which we thought was good. Staff spoke English & after taking the order & bringing the food left us alone to enjoy it and the view. No fussing over us. We sat on a table right on the balcony & had a great unobstructed view out to sea & across to Fortuventura. Bit windy on this visit but we have eaten there before & no wind then. Our seating was under cover from the sun but they also have seating in full sun if you prefer.

We arrived at 8:45. We ordered the steak medium rare and grilled octopus, and a bottle of wine. The steak was very nice, although it was rare and not medium rare. The grilled octopus was quite tough and too salty. At 9:53 we were just saying we wanted dessert once we finish our wine, and the waiter put the bill down on our table and said "it's 10 o'clock so..." We had 1/3 of a bottle of wine left and the waiter was hovering around our table wanting us to leave, and my partner felt rushed, so we quickly drank our wine, didn't have dessert, and left. We realized the waiter's girlfriend was waiting for him outside... Not a nice experience to be rushed out without any notice or knowledge that the restaurant...
