Popeye's Louisiana Chicken - Havelock City — Restaurant in Colombo

I am a foreigner here in Sri lanka and hadn't tried out popeyes in my life untill today, I ordered from here today for my first time but damn will I ever order from here? Never, it would be my first and last experience(maybe the food was better when this place launched but i dont know what happeend) I heard the chicken sandwich was good but boy the recommendation was wrong, a yellow bun with a chicken piece(covers 3/4) of the sandwich comes but here is the twist Sauce needs to be ordered seperately, paying extra and its not even worth it The bun was soft but was carried away on how greasy and sweet it was as the chicken taste like a soft chewable piece of object? Not even crispy at all I also tried their chicken rice as I was expecting a good local rice like KFC or Mcdonald atleast but I got a plain yellow rice with some sprinkle(?) Of diced onions and tomato with small small spices in the rice The bad part except the taste( which was the biggest problem anyways) is that they don't give you gravy, and even if you order a gravy which i did it taste like your consuming very hot and spicy oil? Which was water not even a gravy plus the worst is that you need to pay extra for the gravy 100% not recommended, just eat somewhere else, I am pretty sure this restaurant is never worth the money you want to spend Spent 2.370k got a value out of that which was Rs300(tax) which was the only good thing I did with that 2k+ i feel scammed for eating this food and should've seen the reviews before...

⭕For Foods & Beverages (9/10) 🔸Spicy Chicken Burger was absolutely spixy and so flavourful. I felt the well seasoned bun taste at first bite. chicken piece was huge and also so flavourful and well marinated. (9/10)

🔸Iced Mailo was so much of Milky flavour instead regular mailo flavor. I like it.I felt so comfortable After drinking iced mailo because of the burger's spiciness. (9/10)

🔸I think rice portion's name was Spicy Chicken Rice. It also had a good taste. It came with two chicken wings, salad and gravy. (9/10)

⭕For Customer Service (8/10) 🔸Customer handling and first impression was good. But waiting time was too long. Okease try to serve food items quickly.

⭕For Atmosphere (9/10) 🔸 It's a food court so No AC just normal atmosphere in Havelock city mall.

🟢 Overall (8.6/10) Recommended for dine in...

So l basically was checking the price in Uber eats and without my permission some bugs in the app lend to place order I had no option and as it got pressed I cancelled the order within 1 minute (I hope no restaurant in the world can make food within 1 minutes) and they charged me with the whole delivery amount I'm so helpless and disappointed in this Ubereats. This is isn't easy for me bear spending 1820 with a single drop of the food. Please understand it took only 1 minute to cancel and they are charging me with 1820 it's is unfair. I can bear spending this amount just in a minute. I need the refund.
