Venturing to Bar Himmel, I was immediately taken aback by the nice view that stretched out before me. The beauty of the surroundings was a promising start to what I hoped would be an exceptional burger experience. However, as a big bar, I understood that the service might not be the main highlight.

Ordering their burger, I decided to customize it by adding avocado, a choice that turned out to be a delicious addition, even though it wasn't on the menu. The burger itself had a pleasing taste, and I savored each bite with the picturesque view in the background.

While the flavors were enjoyable, I couldn't help but notice that the quality of the burger didn't quite match its price. Despite the picturesque setting and decent taste, it left me feeling that there was room for improvement.

The service, as anticipated, wasn't the best, possibly due to the size of the bar. Nonetheless, the enchanting view provided a unique ambiance that somewhat compensated for the lackluster service.

In conclusion, the burger at Himmel Bar offered a tasty experience, especially with the addition of avocado. The view added a touch of magic to the dining experience, making it a memorable visit. However, the price-to-quality ratio left me somewhat disappointed, leaving room for them to enhance their offerings. Giving this place 4 stars because it is exactly what you expect it to be. A fantastic place to grab a drink and watch the sunset. The food is still making an impression 2 days later... and NOT in a good way... Maybe just get some appetizers to share would be my recommendation and forget about the main. Great service though, even got some life advice from the waitress (they are all about 18 and still not bitter from life) If you want to meet people from Gothenburg don’t go in the summer. Go when they open in spring or before they close in the fall. Nobody from Gothenburg actually stays in Gothenburg...
