Enoteca Sassi — Restaurant in Göteborgs Stad

Pretty nice small place to visit. Went in with a large company. As a foreigner - google lens is a must. The menu is in Swedish only.

The service is on another level. Every place we went to in Göteborg had an amazing service.

What I disliked, and it also seemed to be common: the food took pretty long to prepare. But I didn’t find this an issue. It gives your group time to warm up and have some nice conversations before you get to eat.

Food is great. We have enjoyed absolutely everything. For service alone this place is worth visiting, the guys are pretty funny and cool.

Our visit to Enoteca Sassi was ok. I found that the atmosphere was quite nice and the service was very friendly and caring. However, in my opinion, the mushroom risotto was slightly undercooked even though the flavours were quite good! The pasta we ordered was selected due to it having pasta made from burnt wheat which seemed quite interesting, however it was a bit too acidic and I found the pasta to be a little more than Al dente. The tiramisu was quite nice, the layers were nicely done and you would get an even taste of each individually! It was the worse place I have being , as I am Brazilian (with a fluent English as I was raised in Ireland since 2005). I asked him to help with the menu as it is all in Sweden, the 2 staffs treated me and my friend extremely bad and rude , he was acting like we’re 2 homeless eating in there, he was going on the table to get the bills and asked me to get up to the corner hidden to pay it.
