Had a very disappointing experience. Booked online on the 22nd February for 16 people to come on Friday 5th May. When arriving the company was split up over 2 different areas and were not seated together. I spoke with the girl that was the manager that night. She was very rude, unfriendly and seemed annoyed at me when I explained I was disappointed about the seating arrangements. That’s just the way it is apparently. I had also left a pre-order of the food. That morning one person notified me that he could not come due to being ill. I called the restaurant on the phone number I was given in my confirmation email. No reply, but a voice mail option. I explained the situation in a voicemail, and stated what dish the one person had cancelled and asked it to be removed from pre-order. It came out anyway. I spoke with the manager again. Her answer was that even though I left a voicemail I should have made her aware first thing when I arrived, and as the dish was now cooked she would charge for it. So basically all my fault. We ate up, paid and decided to never come back and not recommend. Was there just the other evening and was treated with such extreme disrespect from the bartender. I asked for an extra moment to look at the drinks that were being offered which I was told was no problem and then was ignored by this person for the rest of the evening. Note that I was sitting at the bar, literally in front of her. She actually actively tried not to look at me but all around me and whenever there were no other customers around she would leave the bar to go into the kitchen. This went on for an hour after which time I left. I am speechless and am never going back there again. The only good thing is that I left no money there cause neither she nor this venue...

AMIM provided great service for our group of 7. He got our orders out fast and answered all our questions. The stout beer has coffee, notes of vanilla, and chocolate flavor and is a truly stout stout. We enjoyed several glasses of wine and local beer. The cheeseburger and fries are delicious. We devoured a pizza. Yum the true art of sweet potato fries is to make them crispy outside and steamy and hot inside. They are perfect! Great background music with music of 1970s at a low volume to allow conversation. Accessible indoor seating with a small ramp access with high tops and accessible tables.
