I love Salut. Our server recommended the wine and my partner was thrilled to get the expert’s suggestions. The other servers and chefs were an absolute pleasure and added to the feel of the marketplace.
We had to have the mussels. We’ve been looking between Copenhagen and Goteborg and Salut just nailed it. We eat quite a bit of mussels in Seattle and these were heads and shoulders above the rest.
