Brödernas — Restaurant in Malmö kommun

Was super excited to try this place for the first time, but left very disappointed with the experience. Waited over an hour and we still didn’t get our food, same as all the other guests. Some eventually left without eating. Meanwhile, many Foodora and Uber drivers picking up deliveries.

Asked when our food would arrive and staff said there’s a problem in the kitchen and they didn’t know. Seems like only 1-2 persons working the kitchen tonight, perhaps don’t do/accept as many food deliveries if you are short staffed?

Food finally arrived and it was just fine. My burger was okay, but our fries and onion rings were so overcooked and oily. Unfortunately, food quality probably suffered due to staffing issues.

Should mention we were given a discount for the long wait, but unfortunately I don’t think I will...

Always interesting to try a new restaurant, I tried the margherita. According to the menu they are supposed to use their own tomato sauce. Really bland pizza. Definately not worth 120 sek.

I mentioned to the waiter that it was really bad, (she was really nice though and I could sense she did everything that she was allowed to do), when I was to pay she have me 10% discount. Which is ofocurse a nice gesture but I would have hoped that their management make sure to instead not charge for the food, or for example offer to come back and then try something else on their menu. That would have been a smart way to solve the situation, but I think that is something that has to come from management of...

The burgers are quite small, I think it's better to order double, the single hamburger looks more for children.

The fries are ok, we consumed the fries with parmesan which kind of saved the day.

The waiting time is long, I saw that the kitchen prioritized take away (services as foodora and so) instead of us, maybe that's why it took so long.

I think that the price is quite high for a small burger and long waiting times, the restaurant needs to improve this.

If you are in a hurry don't try this place, maybe you will find a faster option and more delicious with another restaurant around the area.
