I went two or three times during my long stay at Stockholm. Begining of Dicember 2022. The place and food quality are really good, but I couldnt come back any more because of the two employees that work at the bar. The two younger woman who works there try to discriminate me, i'm latín and dont have an English accent, so they make difference when they recieve an English guest and me for example that I were sitting next that guy. They don't want to explain me some dishes at the menu, etc, like it seems that I need to do a favor for those too not educated litle girls. So, the point is that they made me feel so bad and discriminated that I never come back. The more important thing of this experience is that its not necesary to have a lot of money, because your face doesnt mean nothing for those foreigners who look at you, its all about education. I stay in all Best Hotel restaurant etc, in all the world and never saw this. I didnt say nothing because i'm a gentelman, but those two girls are not going to earn nothing in this life with that attitude. Hopefully Sweden is the best country... people needs to visit it so they are not going to think it any more. The Best of this place is the lady who have all tatoos in her arms, really educated and bring me some dishes when I went for the first time. Had to wait for over half an hour for a table for 4, while a table for 6 sat empty while we tried to escape from a totally mishandled meal. Waiter did not know anything about the menu. We ordered an appetizers and 4 entrees. Half an hour later the wrong food showed up. 5 minutes later 3 entrees, no apetizer and my wife's entre still missing. Sorry sorry but the staff was eating while my wife was going hungry when a mysterious Mojito was apologetically dropped in front of her. By the time we had all eaten, an appetizer sized entree, which was nothing like what was described on the menu and the cold appetizer came. By this time she was too starved to say anything of the quality of the meal. Poor experience, and the staff did not ask us what they could have done to make it better. She refused the mojito, we refused the offer of coffee, 2 women were seated at the table for 6 which was empty during this whole fiasco, and they did comp the phantom flounder dish. Restaurant was half empty, yet we were seated in between 2 other tables so close to ours, we could not hear each other over the conversation of our neighbouring tables. We were not served even water until 45 minutes after beginning of reservation and any food until 1 hour 15 minutes after start of reservation. The food orders were standard and did not include any special dietary requirements. The time of the day was not busy considering it was after lunch rush, but before dinner service. We politely requested a change of the table to e nearby empty table at the beginning of the reservation before we were served anything, and the head server made us feel that we had requested something extraordinarily difficult. The service for the rest of the evening was poor and lacked basic politeness. I recommend Amex to remove this restaurant from the Platinum experience.
