FIKA & WINE — Restaurant in Stockholm

We had the pleasure of dining at FIKA & WINE during our recent trip to Stockholm and were thoroughly impressed. This cozy little restaurant is located in the heart of the city and offers a delicious selection of Swedish cuisine.

We started our meal with the meatballs dish, which was absolutely delicious. The meatballs were juicy and flavorful, and the accompanying sauce was rich and creamy. We also tried the cheese pie, which was a delightful combination of creamy cheese and flaky pastry.

The service at FIKA & WINE was friendly and efficient. We were seated promptly and our food arrived quickly. The prices were also very reasonable.

We wanted to try some Swedish meatballs in our last night at Stockholm. Tried two other popular restaurants right next to here and it was either a 1.5hrs wait or fully booked. I was hesitant at first because this place looked like a cafe more than a dinner restaurant. There's more dinning space in the back and it is so intimate and warming, the lady who works at the front is friendly too. The meatballs were amazing. I haven't tried from other local places but think this should be on the above average rating. I rarely leave a review right after the meal and feel obligated because people like us (tourists) always try the restaurants that are well advertised/trip advisor popular ones. Give this place a try you won't regret.

Can't ever go back to eating...

We had a lovely meal and evening at FIKA & WINE. We reserved a table beforehand online. The restaurant looked like it was full, but everyone who came in asking for a table was seated without a problem. We ordered the Swedish meatballs (Köttbullar) and the cheese pie (Västerbottenspaj), both of which were absolutely delicious. For dessert, we split a Semla, which was just what we needed.

The restaurant was very warm and cozy, which we appreciated considering the rainy and windy weather outside. The owner/waitress was extremely friendly and helpful, explaining the menu and dessert options whenever we had any questions. She also spoke German, which was helpful for us.

The food was reasonably priced, especially considering how delicious it was....
