Ruby — Restaurant in Stockholm

This place is a joke. We went for burgers and after waiting a lot for our orders we were informed "burgers were over", so we had to go for falafel burgers if we wanted. Well, we were there already then we did. Then all the lager beers we ordered came in very warm due to "fridge problems" (no ice bucket or anything else was offered). Once we complained at the end of our troubled meal, the member of staff (a bearded so-called Greek guy) became rude and started to insult us, saying we "were guests and we were lucky to be taken in", we said "no we are customers, we deserve respect and gratitude" and he became even more aggressive. In anyways it was such a disappointment and the food wasn't good at all with the falafel burgers overcooked and the French Fries very much oily. I thought that touristic areas such as Gamla Stan could offer nice places to eat and professional service, and...

Delightful Dining at Ruby Grill in Galma Stan

Had a wonderful 3-course meal at Ruby Grill. The starters, Salmon & Tuna Ceviche and Steak Tartar, were flavorful and delicious.

The 150g Sirloin was perfectly cooked and very tasty, although a bit more red wine sauce would have been welcome. The Sea Bass was good, but the peppers were slightly overpowering. The French fries remained crisp to the last bite - simply excellent.

The Lemon Tartlette with meringue, chamomile, honey, lemon julienne, and yuzu foam was delightfully refreshing in taste. A perfect end to the meal at Ruby Grill.

we are the Italian family that ate today for lunch. we are absolutely amazed by how delicious our food was. especially the sauces, they are perfectly matched with the food. the service was extremely fast and the waiters were kind and available. the view of the kitchen from the inside is a beautiful touch of atmosphere and the seats are comfortable. if we had to point out just one thing to make the experience even better: please serve bread! we know it's something that is usually done in italy, but the sauces are too good to be left on the plate. we really wished there was some bread to gather all the sauces and taste them again! if we'll ever be back on stockholm, we'll surely come once...
