I’ve actually been here once before several years ago and had managed to forget about it. I’m still not sure what all the great reviews are for. We came here for dinner on a weeknight and honestly, the pizzas are overpriced and nothing special at all. I ordered the salamino (without onion) and while there was a lot of salami, it came with what amounted to a grand total of two whole cherry tomatoes, which is absolutely absurd, especially given the price. Completely leaving the tomatoes off would have been less insulting. My boyfriend’s pizza also came without the peppers and garlic it was supposed to have and with artichokes instead. The service was also much worse than average as it was harried and very rushed, with our waitress seeming extremely stressed despite the fact that the place was far from full. She wasn’t unfriendly, but only showed up to unceremoniously plunk down our orders before rushing off. It also took quite a while to get the water we asked for and the bill once we’d eaten. If you’re looking for good pizza, head to Meno Male a few blocks away instead, where you’ll actually get your...

I called beforehand to order pizza, instead I got put on hold for several minutes while two personell were discussing their vacation lol. Then they suddenly hung up and didn’t respond again. Weird. Anyway, I came by the restaurant anyway cause we were hungry but it was full - so we ordered pizzas (togo) and we waited 45 minutes. I had no idea it wouldtake so long! I would ’ve left....
In the end we were so hungry that we didn’t check the pizzas. One LITERALLY had no cheese and overall most of them barely had toppings (although they were generous with ruccola). My hungry family didn’t even eat it all. We’re not coming back for dry pizza and a...
Read moreA cozy place with style. Although personally I prefer Napoleon pizza, their Romana pizza was pretty good. The crust was thin and crispy, and the toppings were generous flavorful. It would be nicer if the basil leaves were not burnt, but I’m not sure if it’s supposed to be burnt. The whole texture was very crunchy, and I especially liked the cheesy ones since they offered creamy on top of crunchy, which is a combo that I enjoy. The atmosphere was really cozy with indoor decor from old movies, and we were lucky that it was not packed when...
