Falloumi — Restaurant in Stockholm

This place is an absolute gem. We were drawn here because I really like trying falafels and from the pics and reviews on google this place looked pretty good. I was not disappointed. I was really impressed with how many delicious things they packed into the bowl that I got - hummus, cooked carrots, falafel (and quite a few), tomato and onion salad, cabbage, rice and halloumi. The sushi style rice was unexpected but I thought it went really well with all of the ingredients. I also ordered a side of pita so I could make small little wraps on my own. Först och främst så har Falloumi GOD mat, jag kommer drömma om deras krispiga sötpotatis fries. Det finns flera alkoholfria drycker, bland annat öl. Är du vegan så kan du vara lugn, det veganska rätter på menyn men skulle du vilja ta bort halloumin från någon annan rätt så är det lätt fixat med hjälp av Falloumis trevliga och glada personal. Special beställningar till trots så fick vi vår mat snabbt och smidigt, kom bara ihåg att lyssna efter när de ropar ditt nummer! Riktigt fin och unik inredning, däremot så var det bullrigt, trots att det inte var speciellt mycket folk. Så är du ute efter en tyst och lugn måltid så skulle jag rekommendera att köpa med dig mat alternativt så kan man se om det finns plats på den lilla uteserveringen. Jag gillade även att när du beställer så ser du tydligt din order och eventuella ändringar på en display vid kassan, kanske är texten lite liten för att någon med synsvårigheter ska kunna tyda den. First and foremost Falloumi had GOOD food, I will dream of their crispy sweetpotato fries! There are several alcohol free beverages, amongst othet things beer. If you are vegan rest easy, there are vegan dishes on the menu. However should you want to remove the halloumi from any po the other dishes the friendly and service minded staff. Inspite of placing a special order the food was ready quickly, just remember to listen for the staff calling out your order number! The interior design is really lovely and unique, however the restaurant was quite loud, even though there weren't a huge amount of people. So if you are lookong for a calm ans quiet meal I recomend you take the food to go or see if there are seats available in their small out door seating area. I also appriciated that as you place your order you can clearly see the whole order and any changes you have asked for on a display on the register. This place used to be Falafelbaren before that and as vegan I really liked and appreciated their food. Now they changed the name, but did not get rid of the terrible smell of food in the place (one of the reasons making me avoid staying inside). So, basically it is the same thing, but they changed slightly the menu to include more dairy which I personally think is a disappointment. If it was not for the really tasty food on above average prices I would not go there again. One more thing: the personnel is not the most qualified one. Not to be mean, but not knowing what is inside the dishes you are selling is NOT a good sign...
