Fullmoon Wok | Thai Odenplan — Restaurant in Stockholm

Called to order take away, was ordering three dishes and asked if i could get rice noodles instead of rice. The man who was taking my order was incredibly rude and said no only rice with dishes, noodles are extra. I had my mother sitting next to me so had to check with her if she still wanted the extra noodles. So I paused and asked her then when I was about to say we’ll take the extra noodles he cuts me off and says “Call back when you’ve made up your mind, I’m removing your order” and immediately hangs up”.

This is the second time I’ve experienced exceptionally rude behavior from this restaurant and it’s such a shame because their location at Sveavägen has always been a pleasure ordering from with great food.

Will not be going back or ordering from Odenplan location ever again, they just lost a customer and big order at that. Need to really work on their customer service to...

I’ve been a frequent customer as I really like their pad Thai (tbh one of not many dishes that tasted good for me here). So far I’ve liked the place since they have quite democratic pricing. I’d only consider it for food to go, since the place is super small, no WC, and it’s super cold (unless it’s summer). However, today much changed for me since I faced quite a disrespectful situation. It was my first time coming for lunch (which is cheaper than usual), and what I got was obviously a much smaller portion, which they tried to hide (!) by putting 3 big pieces of lemon to fill the space in the box (they normally put one, and the portion fills the whole box). Not exaggerating when I say this, the food is in the conversation of the best food I’ve eaten in my life. When you walk in, you’re met with smiles, and service who are happily serving you. I love how the kitchen is downstairs- of which is easy to get a glimpse into. The kitchen really gives that authentic food you would fly to Thailand for. A minimal downside is the actual restaurant, it’s located beautifully in Odenplan, but I wish it was a bit bigger. Whenever you walk into the restaurant, it’s kind of a roll on a dice whether you will be able to get a seat or not, especially in the winters when the seating outside is not available.
