Short summary: Would never recommend to anyone, not a friend, stranger or anything in between. Sushi: No thanks. Service: Breathtakingly bad.
The sushi itself wasn’t horrible. Overpriced? Yes. Extremely mediocre. Yes. Slightly close to good quality? No. The quality was even lower than expected, and I have eaten a lot of mediocre sushi here in Sweden. But my main issue was the service, the owner himself did from my perspective get extremely rude and seemed like he wanted a conflict when he couldn’t handle any conservative criticism we had about our food. Our food and order that was wrong. I strongly dislike using this word but he did personally attack both my accompany and me, degrading us with just as little knowledge about us as we had about him. He tried to prove us, not only as customers but as people wrong when he really didn’t need to and he alone has definitely lowered the reputation of the “food” chain that I think he very proudly is a part of. Bonus. After we had given our constructive criticism about the food we had been given he told us that the miso soup we had taken (one each) needed to be paid again? Because the two miso soups we had taken for ourselves (one each, we were only two people) was counted as an “extra” miso soup? Honestly I didn’t get very mad just very confused..?
Extra bonus. Since I now have gotten a response. Our little hinch we had about our order wasn't technically about the quality of your product (it was just an added opinion I wanted to share), no we just didn't think that avocado counts as sashimi (which was what we had paid for). That was it. Not mainly the quality, yes we got our money, but then also scolded by the owner. Even so, in my opinion we got no legitimate proof whatsoever about the products that you get delivered, we were only told things by a very upset owner. We did not get to talk to the chef that allegedly had been practicing in japan for 8 years and been on 3 different restaurants, or anything of the sort (no matter if that would had been more relevant or not). Now that is something the owner really wanted to point out, together with his own 5 years or so of experience (I don't actually remember all of the arguments he had) and I can understand that pulling ranks are a way of argumenting but I could have responed with that I behold more than 17 years of knowledge and experience within the field of cuisine and restaurant etiquette. But why would I do that when the whole situation and our actual original “problem” was over???? I don't want to question your expertise about your business within the area because it is in the end, like my whole review it is a statement influenced by personal preference. Now, the disturbance I had within my experience of visiting your place was not mainly the food. Because yes we did get our money back, and we thought that that was it. Not that the owner after giving us our money needed to come and prove us wrong with arguments like questioning our own jobs and careers. I wouldn´t say I lied about my opinion on the situation but I will also not say that any of us has the right opinion etc. But If your really would stand for that “the customer always comes first” (which even I personally don't always agree with) then I would not say that that trying to confront them with a very scary attitude in any kind of situations is the most effective way to solve the...

We ordered 12 bites sashimi and 14 bites sushi. What we got :
12 bites sashimi : 3 avocado slices, 5 salmon sashimi, 4 shrimp slices meant to be used on sushi bite and not as sashimi.
//When did avocado become part of sashimi? Poorly executed presentation that consisted of sliced iceberg salad as base and “sashimi” on top. We had to get a refund for this. Unacceptable. Not only that the owner was not happy to take any criticism towards his business. Confronting us and making the whole experience unpleasant. We even had to pay back for the miso soup.
