Unbelievably horrible staff! I've been here twice because I work in the area and sometimes I just need my coffee fix. But never again. I'll walk the extra 10mins to Espresso House because the staff have the worst vibes here. The first time I was with a friend and we were making some friendly small talk with the American guy serving and he kept giving rude, sarcastic answers and was very antisocial with us - for no reason whatsoever. The second time I went in alone, there was an older woman serving there. She also had a terrible attitude. Very cold and stern. I was on a video call with my brother, at a table by the window. She turned the music up loud, suddenly, which I now realise was a passive aggressive move because she then came over, interrupted my call and asked me very sternly if I could put my headphones in. I wasn't loud at all, nor was my brother... certainly no louder than the other people in the cafe who were conversing amongst themselves and completely unbothered by my call. I just put my headphones on and walked out, leaving most of my coffee. Based on other similar reviews, I think they must be mentally unwell. I wish them all the best with that, but still, they don't deserve to have paying customers if they're going to treat...

Kaffe in Stockholm has some strong points, no doubt. Their coffee is excellent, boasting a rich and satisfying flavor. Additionally, their toast offerings are nothing short of delicious – a great accompaniment to a cup of coffee.

However, there's a rather notable "but" to my experience. Upon visiting, I ordered my coffee and toast, settled the bill, and then came the unexpected surprise. I was informed that computer use is not permitted on weekends. This unexpected policy caught me off guard and left me feeling slightly disappointed.

While I understand the desire to maintain a certain ambiance, the restriction on computer use on weekends could be more clearly communicated to customers beforehand. Such policies might impact the overall experience for those who planned to get some work done or enjoy a leisurely browsing session.

In conclusion, Kaffe offers a great coffee and culinary experience, but the weekend computer restriction is something to consider if you had other plans in mind. Clear communication of such policies could enhance the overall...

The staff here are aggressively unwelcoming, I could not understand why I was being treated this way, and judging from other’s similar experiences my conclusion is that those who run this place are suffering mental health issues or personal trauma and letting it out on unassuming café customers. I cannot recall ever having being treated this way before, as if we were dirt, a nuisance, almost less than human. It seems many fellow reviewers are echoing the same sentiment, and that at least gives me some consolation, that my friend and I (black and brown people) were not targeted by the staff solely for our ethnicities. Either way, we cannot support a business that not only fails to provide good service, but actively bullies clients. Engage in some introspection please and reflect on how you can treat...

Kaffe is a one of a kind place in Stockholm. First because you will find italian style coffee in a city where "Nordic approach" is kind of rule (and that means lighter roasted beans and taste) and then because of it's old school atmosphere and only cash payment in a country that went to all digital. Service at a marble counter, friendly staff and large windows to enjoy your cup with some newspaper or just looking street life...
