Not sure what the hype is about. The nigiris are decent even if a bit blant, but that is probably the point of their concept „naked fish”. On the makis they put some mayonaise. Why? What is next? Ketchup? The radish smelled with mold - must have been cut in the morning or the day before and kept in water all the time. arrived 33 minutes before closing (21:00) and was warned that they are closing soon. Then, 20 minutes before closing they started taking out the trash and switching off lights. 13 minutes before closing i was told they will close in 5 minutes and basically made to drink up and leave. I don’t think this is japaneese hospitality and neither is it swedish. At most restaurants closing is when they don’t let any more customers in. Here apparently it’s when the personell wants to already be in bed....

A very solid four star establishment with plenty of potential, clearly on the verge of a fifth star albeit not there yet. Quality of food is very good and the menu holds plenty of innovative options for those not in the mood for sushi, but then why would one go here?! Naked fish seemingly will only move up even further from an already elevated position. After a few visits which consistently delivered very good sushi, one can’t help but admire both quality of food but also the work and effort that went into the preparation of it. Locale is pleasant but has a mere few tables, this is a place primarily for takeout. Prices are a little high but it is to be expected...

I chose this restaurant because it had good reviews on Google Maps, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet my expectations.

They offer free water, free hot water refills for tea, and free miso soup, which is nice. The staff was friendly. However, the restaurant is quite small — even with only 3–4 tables occupied, it already felt crowded.

I ordered a bento, but it was served on a plate instead of in a box, which was disappointing. Also, the rice that came with the side dish wasn’t sushi rice, which felt a bit odd to me as an Asian diner.

The quality of the meat and fish is worth the price, but the taste was just okay — nothing...

Had an overall good experience here! The service was pretty good and everyone was nice. The sushi was also very good and prepared in a way that I hadn’t really experienced before. But everything seemed quite fresh and well done. Only reason I’m not doing five stars is because the menu is a bit complicated, it doesn’t list the different pieces of sushi you can order which I feel like is pretty important for a sushi restaurant, I had to go in and literally look for the fish I wanted. And my glass that they brought out originally had lipstick on it, meaning it had not been washed properly. But they switched it out no problem
