We went to NOI for dinner with some friends. Food was good but some dishes wasn't, in my opinion, worth its price. The tuna (both starter and main) was really good and everyone in out company agreed that the tuna starter was the clear winner. Deserts were also good. Three of us had the beef as main which was a bit too tough for the price. For the price I expected something more tender.
