The Restaurant & Bar at Sheraton Stockholm — Restaurant in Stockholm

I was tired after a long trip so I decided to have dinner at the Sheraton 360° Restaurant and Bar, it was highly recommended from the Front desk team. I would like to suggest to make a reservation, then you can request one of the window seats and enjoy the great view of this wonderful city (street level not top floor). As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff and an incredible aroma of French cuisine. The Restaurant was filling up quickly(it was almoust 7:00 pm) which provides a nice ambience in the restaurant. The waiter took great care of me, offering a cocktail for aperitif and gave me the correct suggestions for my dinner. I ordered the Chèvre Chaud for starter and the Day rate Grille Farçi á la Provencale as my main course. The starter, a baked goat cheese, frisée salad, lardon, pickled garden beetroot, walnuts and honey, was just superb. When my Dorade arrived, my expectations continued to be exceeded, fresh and full of flavour simply one of the best Dorades I ever had. The wine list was good, I choose a Bonterra Chardonnay, which hit the mark. Let's said that I loved so much the food and the service in this restaurant that I decided to have dinner there 2 days later with a colleague. After dinner we had very tasty cocktails at the bar, which made the perfect ending to a fantastic evening. Lovely bar in the centre of Stockholm. We booked this place for a cake-and-cava celebration for 11 people. In spite of the late booking request (just a few days before), the organiser - Piotr - managed to arrange everything in an excellent way, taking into account and following all our requests and wishes. They have been very attentive to the details and flexible with us, both during the preparation stage and at the actual celebration.
