I was in Stockholm for work. I am originally from France and had a document to get a medication for my eye. An infection that was clearly showing on my face. I waited for my turn and when they called my ticket number, I went to the lady (in her 50/60s short hair blond) that started to directly scream at me without waiting for me to explain her my issue. After she saw my ticket I tried to explain her my issue but she stopped me in the beginning of my explanation because I had only a copy of my medical document : « it does not work like this here » without any other explanation. She also didnât try to understand how to help me another way. Asked no question or what was my medical condition. I found a medication by myself to heal my eye so I told her I will take this instead and told her it was not nice to scream at people and not to explain me how it works and how I could be helped, especially as a foreigner I felt it was very racist. She didnât even respond to me and ignored me (she heard what I said but decided to ignore me). If you are not Swedish, please be careful, you might leave this place in shock. Thatâs how I felt, I wanted to cry. I just went through the your comments and it shows a lot of other people are talking about the same lady, impolite and very frustrated. I donât understand how management can let an employee treat their...
Read moreI went in because i had a severe pain and needed some pain killer, so everything was written in Swedish and as a tourist, I don't speak Swedish, I used google translate with images and it was clear I'm not taking pictures of anyone, holding the products and trying to figure out if's a pain killer or not, the receptionist (senior lady) came to me and start shouting on Swedish, I explained to her I don't speak Swedish , and everyone was looking at me, then she said "no-film" I showed her I wasn't filming nothing is save on my photo gallery, I'm using google translate "with images" to find the medicine, and she counties loudly in in Swedish and it was clear to her I don't understand what she is saying but felt like she was throwing bad words on me My eyes start tearing because I was in physical pain and this lady embarrassed me on front of many people and she treated me like I'm a theft, , i put my phone on my bag but she followed me from a place to another to watch me like Im doing something wrong, I took some random medicine with hope they will relive the pain
I emailed the pharmacy about the incident but didn't get an explanation or an apology instead blaming me and instituting I was talking pictures of the product.
Note: there were no signs saying pictures...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. The old woman behind the counter is extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. I can see in other reviews, that she has been unprofessional towards other customers too. Treats you like you are stupid and like she doesnât care about your condition. I had a prescription, but they sent me away without medication. Luckily there are other pharmacies that are willing to help. I would go to another pharmacy if you have the chance. There are others in the neighborhood. The store itself looks good and has a lot of space. But all that space is no use if you donât have friendly, helpful people to be your care provider. If you are a foreigner or tourist I suggest you go to the pharmacy at the central station. They are much more equipped towards other languages and modern ways of prescribing medication,...
