Absolutely stunning restaurant! The Interior and vibe of the venue is warm and sophisticated. Great experience and food!

To start with, I am just in love with the styling of the restaurant. Each area had its own special touch to it. There is plenty of room for both intimate dinners for two, and dinners for bigger groups. The marble tables (both black and white, square and triangle shaped) give the venue elegancy, whilst the graffiti on the walls finishes the place off with an edge. The sleek chairs, beautifully healthy plants and great lightning set the mood just right.

The concept is simple, fast and great money's worth. I wish I had stayed in Stockholm longer to enjoy it for multiple times more and taste the entire menu.

The employees were very friendly and helpful, even though we entered the restaurant an hour before closing. We have ordered two pizza's which were served not all too long after ordering.

Portabello Rosemary Pizza Very clean and flavourful. I missed the tomato sauce though, as that is just my personal favourite ingredient, the more the better :). Nevertheless, good tasting pizza!

Portobello Truffle Pizza (Limited Edition) Was rich in ingredients and had good flavour combinations. It is a white pizza so again no tomato sauce. Makes the pizza distinctive and good in taste!

The best part of the night was receiving the take away pizza box. This just blew me away. It was no ordinary brown carton box. On the contrary, it was a designed black and gold pizza "gift" box. On top of that, to get the pizza out of the box you did not had to pop open the top. Even better, you just pull a sting that pulls the pizza sideways out of the box.

I definitely recommend this place as it gives you a high-end experience with the perfect balance of being trendy, modern, intimate...

first thing caughting my attention was the ambiance of the place. It had a cozy and welcoming feel to it. The staff was friendly, and they made sure we had everything we needed to have an enjoyable experience. The menu at 1889 is impressive, with a wide variety of pizzas to choose from. I particularly loved their feta and mergiez pizza, which was fresh and crispy and super yummy. The bread they served was also top-notch, and you it was freshly baked there in the oven. One thing that really stood out to me was the fact that you could order from the online menu, which meant you didn't have to wait for a waiter to take your order. This was a great feature and made the dining experience much more convenient. Unfortunately, there was one thing that detracted from the experience, and that was a continuous bad smell like burnt bread or cookie. It was quite strong and noticeable, and it was a shame because otherwise, the restaurant was fantastic. Overall, I would highly recommend the 1889 restaurant in Stockholm. Delightful surprise fast good and wonderful service I had a very enjoyable evening here with some friends and found the food to be very good, the service fast and efficient and pizzas are freshly prepared in front of you, baked in a stone oven and served, simply delicious. There’s also salads and some great desserts.

The pizza I ordered later to take back to my hotel came in the most wonderful and impressive pizza box I’d ever seen, all black except for in gold 18l89 on front with a pull out drawer design and double walled. With gold colored lining it looked marvelous and was worthy of the tasty pizza within.

Once you’ve gone through all the Swedish delights such as their balls etc take a break here for some good fresh baked homemade pizza in a superb setting, on this Friday night they had a du playing some cool,music that brought back very fond memories from my youth. Situated right in the heart of the city, this is the perfect place for a quick bite, with friends, colleagues or takeaway.
