Horrible experience. We ordered Pad Kra Pao. Anyone who has ever been to Thailand (or any decent Thai restaurant) knows what a Pad Kra Pao is - rice with chicken holy basil stir-fry and a fried egg. What we got was a mix of chicken and veggies, soaked in a disgusting, cheap sauce. When we complained, the guy were incredibly impolite and rude, telling us that we ordered chicken and got chicken. Also completely overpriced at 26 CHF. Never again.

Als ich sagte, dass dies gesetzlich für den angeschrieben Preis verkauft werden müsse, weigerte sich der Mitarbeiter und sagte: „nehmen oder nicht nehmen“. Das Lokal und das Essen sind gut, die Art und Weise des Mitarbeiters waren unhöflich und rechtswidrig.

Very rude and impolite to us after making our order incorrectly and calling us liars. Tried to get other customers involved and refused to correct the order. Only after the food court manager got involved did he correct the order by which point we had no interest in eating there. Such a shame as it would have cost him almost nothing to remake a simple dish again that suited our allergy requirements as...

Tasty food and decent portions and prices for Basel. Friendly staff that explained to us what was the content of the dishes. A girl served us and spoke very good English, a rare thing in Switzerland. The waiting time was short. After you finish eating, you must put the cutleries and dishes in a special place in the center of the hall. Also there is a free...
