I really quite enjoyed the tour of the bakery, it was something different and unique to do in our time in Basel. However, and I almost hesitate to say this given I'll likely be banned from ever entering Switzerland again, I found the Leckerli rather disappointing and, dare I say it, a little over-hyped.
