Have unfortunately to review my rating after my first stay

2stars as location is central and apartment is ok

BUT

Unfortunately Limehome is not able to manage the property online as seamless as they claim (or at all). So unfortunately just an option if you are very very sure you will not need anything during your stay.

Lowlights of my stay: not able to access lobby before room is ready at 15pm, no possibility to store luggage before or after check-in / check-out, what is claimed as AC in the room turns out to be a 'ventilation' without any cooling property at 34°C day in a room directly under the roof in an old building. Awesome

But worst of all are the WhatsApp messages you receive when requesting support. Aka 'we are so keen to help you but unfortunately.. we are doing nothing.. '

To round of my stay I had to leave one day early due to an urgent hospitalized family member - do not expect...

Disaster, the confirmation email said that I would receive the access code 24 hours before my arrival, it was 12 noon on the day I had to check in and I didn't receive the code... for the value they charge, the service leaves a lot to be desired. I want you to know that they didn't give me the accommodation I paid for and it's very expensive for what they offer, without a disaster, 1 star is a lot of rating... never again Limehome

Second review!!!

Again, leaving a second bad review. How is it possible they don't even have the tact for someone? I arrived before 3 p.m. (check-in time) and at least waited in the lobby. I don't recommend this place in the slightest. This is the first and last time I've booked here. Expensive and a bad customer service experience. I wholeheartedly recommend VisionApartmen for rent. NEVER...

Overall I enjoyed my stay here, however some aspects are flawed. The check in process is quite tedious, and upon arrival I was asked for help from other guests staying here that didn’t receive the code to enter the premises. There should be better management of this. The WhatsApp number provides very generic, robotic answers that are not helpful at all and needs improving. It should be noted that taxis cannot drop you outside the hotel location, so if you’re with several luggages, this isn’t really convenient. The rooms are clean and basic. While a kettle, tea and coffee is provided, there should at least be sugar and milk too, the basics one needs to make a hot drink. The room also didn’t match the pictures I signed up for.
