Pharmacy Museum of the University of Basel — Attraction in Basel

With the baselcard it was only around €4 p.p. and you also get access to the anatomy museum (on another location, smaller but also worth it!) It is not a big museum, but it's sure fascinating and worth the visit! It is ok for someone interested into this but is not excelling. They have a shop where you can find many of standard bottles/recipients used for chemicals. I will not recommend it for kids as they have nothing interactive to see/play with. It is practically a waist space full of shelf filled with pharmacy related equipment. Even the electronic audio guide provided is not upgrade to...

Very interesting museum. The building is small but it took about 2 hours for me to go through all the exhibits with the audio guide because it's so tightly packed. The staff were very helpful. It's just a little difficult to find the entrance. I'd recommend this place to any medical/pharmacy/etc student who's looking to gain more insight into the history...
