Starbucks — Restaurant in Basel

Today i had went to Starbucks in Centralbahnhoff SBB Basel,Switzerland... And i had ordered 2 hot chocolates at 4:44 PM on 26-12-2023, The cashier had given me the wrong order when i clearly and loudly stated that i wanted a "Venti Hot Chocolate" x2 and he had given me 2 lattes... He then took my money and THREW the change at me, he did not hand it to me, he threw it at me... When i had went to receive my order i politely stated to the shift supervisor Liri that i had ordered 2 venti hot chocolates, she stated that i did not and that she heard the conversation between myself and the cashier and i stated that i infact ordered hot chocolates... she did not even give me a sorry or acknowledge my grievances. she simply shoved the hot chocolates at me and sent me on my way...... I will be sending this email straight to starbucks corporate and posting it as a review.... This behavior is holely unacceptable especially from a supervisor and the fact that she did not even reprimand the worker for throwing the change at me is absolutely...

I would like to start off with the food, this food (made by chinese children) was absolutely terrible. I know these children have only been able to make noodles their entire life but seriously? come on, my little cousin from germany could do better. Anyways, when i was finished i did have to eat half of the chinese child to compensate for the terrible food. Onto the Service, this was terrible as i had to make sure my ears were clean, they called my name out “king ohio rizzler grimace shake” ‘that can’t be me’ oh no that cannot, first of all im not from ohio, im from russia, anyways i realised it was my drink and saw the other half of the chinese kid i ate had spat in it, so i ate his brother. The atmosphere as absolutely amazing, as i saw an old lady get robbed by two big guys, as they emptied out her haribo (truly heartbreaking) and then beat her until her liver came out of her belly. over all i would give this a 3 stars but the chinese kid was tasty so i will add...

The Cafe is apparently essentially hold by Germans, rather than Swiss-germans. I ordered an Ovomaltine. On the bill, the man counted an "Ovomaltine" for 5 francs (or 5 US dollars), and a milk in addition to it for 4 francs. It sounds like Germans, as some Frenchs, "understood" that they could easily steal money from nice (Swiss) citizen. I made a reclamation for it, meaning that a 4-francs milk should be incorporated in the 5 francs Ovomaltine, (can you imagine a mini bag of Ovomaltine powder for this price?). He recognised, and rectified the price immediately.

But the error could not have been done naively, moreover for such prises!..

For me, it was a fraud attempt, and I am sure, that many of the clients are often victims of...
