I was very pleasantly surprised! My family and I had a wonderful experience here. I will be honest, when I first saw the ice cream prices I was disappointed. Very rude staff. We visited the afternoon of 1st October. My daughter was inspecting the card that detailed the content of each ice cream on the bar when the male staff member literally snatched it away from her without any word of apology. She literally had her finger on it inspecting the ingredients and her nose about 30cm from it with me stood there too. But still he just grabbed it! I had a lovely time at Cuckoo Ice Cream during my visit to Switzerland in Bern. The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming — they took the time to explain the different flavors and even offered samples. Their friendliness really added to the cozy atmosphere of the shop.
