YIKOU SUSHI TEA — Restaurant in Bern

We first came here one year ago and since then we've been almost regular customers. The all you can eat formula is a really good option and the prices are lined with the standard in the city. The food is really exceptional. The fish was always fresh and good. The sushi is prepared on the moment by the sushi man and is always precise, no matter how many customers are there inside. They added a few dishes to the menu that makes it more complete. The service is really cared, it makes the experience more enjoyable. The staff is only a couple and the local is small and cured, it makes everything even more comfortable. If I had to say something is that the menu is bad translated and in too many languages, I'd suggest to make just a few but well translated (we know enough languages not to have a problem with that, but the "italian" menu is in english, german and french mostly). Excellent customer service! They really make you feel important and well taken care of. I wanted to order delivery and the person on the phone helped me a lot, even though I don’t speak Swiss German and my English is only average (I’m French). She was patient, super kind, and accompanied me through the whole process, even keeping me updated about when the driver was leaving.

Small local business and only 1 chef so some patience is needed when it gets busy. The chef puts a lot of effort into making the sushi as the many posted images indicate (in many cases the takeaway boxes do use real flowers as decorations), and the food is pretty tasty and really good prices for Switzerland meals.
