Be aware and always check your bill!

From the get go the service was not good.

We asked to be charged in local currency (CHF). She didn't abide by our request and tried to block the USD part of the receipt. When my daughter tried to look at the receipt to double check, she tried to grab the receipt out of her hand.

My husband asked why the receipt showed USD with 3.95% mark-up, she insisted she charged us in CHF.

We then showed her our VISA transaction from CITI bank's website that she did charge us in USD, she and the male worker kept lying and said it's in CHF. He was eating at another table not even near us but he kept saying he pressed CHF.

We asked if they could reverse the charge and redo it in local currency, they both refused again and again.

Eventually he told us just go talk to our bank with a very bad attitude including rolling his eyes.

Making mistakes is tolerable, but refused to rectify and keep lying are not acceptable!

Update: When our credit card company contacted the restaurant, it took them a long time to respond with 'the service has been rendered as described.' They didn't even have the courage or honesty to admit what they did. How pathetic!

Tab Tim serves up Thai food in area where there's a need for something different. It's nice that they're here and offer indoor and outdoor seating. The employees are all nice and seem to speak English even with a hard accent. The menus are in German so prepare to need a translation if you don't speak that. The green and the masaman curries were very very watery oily but did taste good. They were simply very thin and not what we expected. We saw an employee carrying frozen veggies but we're not sure if they're used in all dishes or if some use fresh veggies. They offer an extensive menu but also have a daily special menu which is MUCH cheaper. Order from that if you'd like to save money -...

It’s been a few months since we came here during our honeymoon. We came for lunch and split an entree because we were not super hungry. The food was ok the service was terrible. Multiple times we tried to get the waitresses attention because we wanted to pay. Every time we thought she acknowledged us with a smile like she knew we wanted our bill it never came. Other groups came within the time we sat there waiting ordered their food, ate, paid and left. Finally I had to stand up and ask for our bill.
