A hidden sushi bar tucked away in the old town of Bern. I had been searching for traditional sushi that could match the incredible flavors I experienced during my trip to Japan last summer — and I finally found it, or at least something very close. The menu is very limited, with no inside-out rolls or overly elaborate creations — just like in Japan. Nigiri, sashimi, and maki, all crafted with care.
