Bottom line up front...this place is good but not as great as it's made out to be. The burger is great, simple, tasty, but 25CHF.

The current photos of food listed on Google for this place, along with the photos & description on the restaurant's website, are misleading. It gives you a sense to expect a greater dining experience. I went for dinner and sat outside. Only the burger is accurate to what is currently being served. The food was still good, but underwhelming. Another customer came specifically for the octopus as in the photos, but they aren't serving that, or anything else in the photos, so he left. Outdoor seating was okay, not too much charm in that street. Inside is definitely a nicer, modern feel, renovated. I had a reservation at 1900hrs, but arrived early and most of the restaurant was empty, tables still being set. Service was still slow, even for European standards. Prompted for a tip at the end, even though the service was nothing more than bare...

It is a convenient spot with a good deal in the summer for apertivos. For 14 chf, one can get 5 tapas and an included drink (beer or wine, see photo). The first time I went it was great service and no problems.

The second time I went in a week later (and brought added business, a friend), completely different set of staff seemed to be completely unaware of this special/deal. I had to "prove" it to them on their own website. And when it came to ordering what drink I wanted, they told me a drink wasn't included which again I had to show them the their own web page again. After that they told me I could only have a white wine which is very different from the experience I had initially.

The second time I went back is because the deal was great. Not sure if the deal is that good to go back...
