Feuille de Banane — Restaurant in Geneva

An institution for their price to quality ratio (10chf for menu du jour a few years back when I was a student which usually consisted of a very satisfying curry and fluffy white rice).

Today I find much less value here. The curry is still decent. The “Pad Thai” was basically a plate of noodles with sugar dumped on top. I am not very picky and can usually eat the food I pay for even when underwhelming. I literally could not touch this dish. I would get instant diabetes. I asked for some fish sauce with chili to help and they even charged me for that.

Two lessons: -Don’t be foolish and order pad Thai at Chinese restaurant -“Cheap” here means every single extra will be charged and owners will not help you if something goes wrong. Like a budget...

WORST experience ordering food online from this restaurant. They scammed us. We were waiting for 30 mins and the food never arrived, but they still charged us for full price! It said in the app that the restaurant cancelled our order. But what they claimed that they have tried to deliver and the courier couldn't reach by phone (which they lied- because we have ordered so many times before from 20+ different restaurants in Geneve previously and we always got what we ordered).

Be careful order from this place, it's a SCAM esp when order online...

I ordered the stir fried noodles with vegetables.

Honestly, this is probably one of the worst noodles I have had besides Ukiyo (which is hands down the most disgraceful Asian restaurant I have tried outside Asia): it's over-cooked, there's no depth in flavour besides plain oyster sauce, and the vegetables were horribly massacred.

And this is putting it kindly.
