Fluffy Café in Geneva is a Gluten-Free Fantasy Come True

As someone who has to eat 100% gluten-free, I’ve learned not to expect much when dining out — but Fluffy Café in Geneva absolutely blew me away. This isn’t just a gluten-free spot. It’s a total gem, where every bite feels like it was made with intention, joy, and serious skill.

I tried their seasonal gazpacho soufflé and strawberry soufflé, and I still can’t get over how perfect they were. The gazpacho soufflé was warm, fluffy, and savory in all the right ways — like a comforting embrace with a burst of summer flavor. Then the strawberry soufflé… wow. It was pillowy, airy, slightly crisp on top, and bursting with real strawberry essence. Sweet but balanced. Light yet indulgent.

Even the drinks were incredible — so thoughtfully made and refreshing. You can taste the quality in every sip.

And I have to shout out the owner, who is truly a sweetheart. Warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about creating a space where people with dietary needs don’t have to compromise. You can feel the love in everything — from the presentation to the flavors to the cozy atmosphere.

Whether you’re gluten-free or not, Fluffy Café is an absolute must when in Geneva. It's the kind of place that makes you believe in food magic again.

An Amazing Experience!

We discovered this place while walking through Geneva and were immediately drawn in by the warm and welcoming exterior of the restaurant and we were absolutely right to stop! What an incredible experience, from the beautiful smiles of the lovely team to their outstanding hospitality. True hospitality, which is something we often miss in many restaurants in Switzerland.

We tried their amazing gluten-free pancakes they were so delicious, we couldn’t stop ordering more! The desserts were just as irresistible.

As for the price, per dish is completely normal for Switzerland and with the quality of the food and the professionalism of the So Fluffy team, it’s more than reasonable. This was a truly memorable experience, and we will definitely come back on our next visit to Switzerland.

I would give more stars if I could :) Super cosy place and colorful decor, as soon as you enter you feel cocooned. The menu is inviting and difficult to resist, plus it changes every season. We tasted a lot of things, from the plat du jour (with some home made bread and veggies), to salty pancakes (bacon and maple siroup) to sweet things (jap cheesecake, almond-choco pancakes). The fluffiness of the pancakes is just indescribable, you need to try them. All food was home-made, fresh, delicious! On top of being gluten-free (which is a ++) the sugar was extremely well balanced too - never had the feeling the food was too sweet. We had an amazing experience thanks to the owner who is super sweet and so passionate :)...
