Oh no Lulu! — Restaurant in Geneva

Really loved my time at this little gem that recently opened around Stand stop. Everything from the decoration, the food, the cocktails (just ask the bartender for one of their creations, you’ll thank me later), friendly service, the small events are perfect! no space despite a confirmed Reservation (which we also presented to the staff) for our group and no solution or efforts to resolve the situation.. not cool..

cannot recommend this bar at all given how poorly they reacted, mistakes can happen everywhere, but how you handle them truely shows the service level of an establishment..

Edit: the establishments gasliting comment here really shows how they dont own up to their mistakes.. really not...
