Great service by Max, we were there early so there wasn’t much crowd by as we dine, the crowd starts to come in. The pasta is the Italian standard al dente, I’m saying this because the level of al dente varies depending on where you are from, in Singapore it tends to be abit more cooked, on the softer side but the al dente here is the Italian style, slight under or firmer, the clams are huge, sauce is great, everything comes well together. Grilled octopus is cooked to perfection, I’m guessing it was sous vide first and grilled later for the char flavour and crispy texture because the meat inside the octopus leg is tender and juicy, the potato is soft and creamy. But our greatest joy came from Max who was very friendly to us, carefully explained to us the items in the menu, especially recommending the origin of the olive oil, which was amazing. J'ai eu le plaisir de découvrir récemment le Restaurant Casti et je ne peux que le recommander vivement. Dès mon arrivée, l'atmosphère m'a immédiatement séduite. La décoration est à la fois moderne et chaleureuse, avec de jolis détails en bois et en pierre qui créent une ambiance cosy et élégante. C’est le genre d’endroit où l’on se sent bien, que ce soit pour un dîner en tête-à-tête ou une sortie entre amis.

Dès l’accueil, j’ai été chaleureusement reçu et installé par des serveurs souriants et professionnels. Ils étaient attentifs sans être envahissants, et ont su parfaitement nous guider dans le choix des plats.

La cuisine… un vrai régal ! Nous avons opté pour des plats typiques de la cuisine italienne, préparés avec une grande finesse.
