QRAFTwerk — Restaurant in Grindelwald

During our stay in Grindelwald, my family and I were lucky enough to discover QRAFTwerk, and it quickly became our daily go-to spot. Whether it was for their outstanding coffee, mouthwatering chocolate croissants, delicious muffins, or heavenly homemade chocolates, this place never failed to delight us.

One of the best parts of visiting QRAFTwerk was the warm and welcoming atmosphere, thanks to the incredible staff. Nina and Christine were always so friendly and attentive, making us feel like regulars from the very first visit. Rafael was the master behind the rolling ice cream, and not only was the ice cream amazing, but watching him create it was a highlight. And of course, a big thank you to Oliver, the owner, whose passion for quality and service shines through in everything at QRAFTwerk.

Bit of a hit or miss. Service was great, let me take my time with what to choose, massive selection so there was too much to choose from!

I had a panini although it lacked much filling and was very salty. When the staff heated it up it was very hard and tough to eat, perhaps it was over cooked. As well as this it was very dry, like I said with the lack of filling, could have done with more pesto and/or cream cheese as it was largely just Parma ham and rocket. So with it being tough and dry it wasn’t that pleasant to eat.

Although the sweet pastry’s were incredible! Not only do they look fantastic but tasted good too and really fresh. I didn’t get the chance to taste the chocolates but they looked amazing and seemed very popular with other customers. The staff were also very good at advising myself and others with allergy concerns. We've been at Qraftwerk for a couple of times now and everytime we were there, it was just absolutely delicious! The people there are all very kind and they do an amazing job! They give out information if you ask something about their products and you can even watch them make those delicious products. Everything is hand-made, tasty and the quality of the products is on another level.

I've noticed a lot of people walking by it while drinking a coffee there, so poeple: If you're in Grindelwald: DON'T WALK PAST IT!

Go inside! Have a good coffee with some of the bakeries they offer, you won't regret it!
