The pizza is great, no question about it. However, as I arrived in the restaurant and started to talk with the welcoming server to say I had a reservation, she interrupted me and decided to completely ignore me and welcome a group of 3 men who also decided to ignore and pass in front of me. I was left behind shocked by the impolite behavior of them all. My friends arrived between all the situation and their hypothesis is that they spoke in Italian and got priority, as I spoke French. Service at fist was very friendly and efficient, our orders were taken instantly, starter and drinks were served quickly. After that, it was a 40' wait for the Pizza, still acceptable but not great. Towards 9pm the staff seemed to be overwhelmed with the number of guests, it was difficult to get attention, the coffee that I ordered never arrived.

Food: The Pizza is absolutely magnificent, 5 Stars, one of the best you can get. The appetizer was a bit disappointing, the Burrata was a normal Mozzarella, and the prosciutto was nothing special, I can do bettet just by visiting any local supermarket. The wine was great and...

L'impasto della pizza è molto buono (azzarderei il migliore mai provato a Losanna) e ingredienti di qualità usati per il condimento. Non hanno tantissime pizze in menu', ma le proposte sono davvero curate e interessanti. Non ho assaggiato la pasta, ma l'ho vista arrivare al tavolo vicino e aveva un bell'aspetto. Nel complesso pero', l'esperienza non è stata positiva. L'aspetto un po' sofisticato e la posizione centralissima del locale non giustificano, a mio parere, il prezzo FOLLE che abbiamo pagato per il conto. Oltre 90 CHF per due pizze e due dolci, bevendo acqua e alzandomi ancora con la sete. Il servizio, davvero scarso. Abbiamo aspettato 10 minuti per sederci al tavolo, nonostante avessimo prenotato, perché alcuni amici del proprietario (entrati dopo di noi) ci hanno superati e si sono messi a chiacchierare con tutti, chiedendo insistentemente di trovargli un tavolo. Ordinazioni lente, tempi di cucina invece, nella norma. Ci è stato dato il menu da cui scegliere i piatti, ne abbiamo scelti 3 di cui uno, dopo 10 minuti dall'ordinazione, ci è stato cancellato perché ci hanno detto che non faceva parte del menu serale (pero' era in menu, quindi non penso sia vero, probabilmente avevano troppi tavoli da servire e non avevano voglia di occuparsi dei fritti). Non ci sono state proposte alternative, per cui abbiamo anche saltato l'antipasto. Una volta terminata l'acqua (che in altri posti tipo Luigia è gratis, mentre qui si paga 5.50 CHF il mezzo litro) abbiamo dovuto richiederla 3-4 volte prima di averla. Dal punto di vista organizzativo e della cura del cliente, esperienza pessima - Di certo, se paghi quasi 100CHF due pizze, due dolci e acqua, ti aspetti un locale di un altro livello!
