Edit 07.11.2022 Luxurious sourdough bread (at least 700gr. CHF 10,-) and amazing cardomom buns! The new sourdough rye with loads of grains (currently available Thursdays) is to die for!!! 800gr. for CHF 12,- is totally worth it! Per 100gr it’s even not much more than elsewhere! The sandwiches around lunch time are super delicious and finally a nice change with top notch ingredients! As far as I am aware, all ingredients (flour, vegetables, cheese etc) are all locally sourced, organic and of highest quality! If you don’t want the best, go somewhere else and don’t complain about the prices. Like always, quality...

I walked past this place several times - I have to say that somehow it does not look very inviting from the outside- very dark and somehow empty. But recently I thought I would give it a go and the sourdough bread is really delicious! One of the best breads I have bought in Lausanne. Certainy planning to come back soon to try some other products! It would be nice to have a bit longer opening hours ie around 7h30 am particularly on weekends Saturdays...

The bread is nice but surprisingly expensive. We bought a cinnamon bun and a multi cereal bread and it cost 17chf!

Cinnamon bun is really good but the cereal bread tastes quite ordinary. Similar to what we can do easily at home with the “no kneading bread recipe”. Youtube has a lot of tutorials…..A bit disappointed. I was thinking that I would try something special.
