we are vegan and appreciated that staff were knowledgable of dish ingredients

we stayed two nights at the hotel and had the buffet breakfast each morning

Love the atmosphere in the restaurant, spacious design - and all that natural light flooding through those large windows

Staff were friendly to us and kept everything clean

Food presentation was excellent with staff, constantly renewing dishes as required

We had breakfast/brunch here, and I had the wrong opening hours in mind so we arrived a few minutes after breakfast already closed. The staff was already clearing away the buffet.

Even so, we were allowed to sit and eat, and the staff went out of their way to bring out more food again from the kitchens and make us coffee. We didn't have to hurry at all and they were extremely nice, so big shoutout to the...

Wir entschieden uns spontan für ein Mittagessen in diesem Restaurant. Obwohl es sehr voll war, wurde uns freundlich angeboten, in der Lobby Platz zu nehmen. Wir belegten zwei Tische, wurden jedoch unterschiedlich an die Reihe genommen, was bereits etwas unorganisiert wirkte.

Das Mittagsmenü kam erst 45 Minuten nach der Bestellung – für eine Mittagszeit definitiv zu lang. Zudem kamen einige Bestellungen falsch: Ein Club-Sandwich mit Speck, obwohl ohne bestellt, ein Mineralwasser mit Kohlensäure statt ohne. Selbst für die Rechnung mussten wir später länger warten, und schliesslich wurde diese noch unaufgefordert aufgerundet.

Am Ende hiess es, dass wir nicht reserviert hätten – eine Information, die uns jedoch zu Beginn nicht gegeben wurde. Es wäre hilfreicher gewesen, uns direkt darauf hinzuweisen, dass es länger dauern könnte.
