Totally disappointed.
The espresso coffee was poor quality, the espresso macchiato coffee was about the same. We were lied to about the price, we ordered an espresso coffee, an espresso macchiato coffee, a pain au chocolat, 2 glasses of water as we ordered the espresso and in total we paid 24 CHF. After I paid, I didn't receive a receipt. After our calculations later I realized that I had been lied to. Very rude from the caffee even though the amount is not big.

First of all thank you for the reply. Second of all I don't want to share my email address in a public place. Third of all if you compare the price on the menu for everything I ordered and with the bill, there is a difference. Maybe you have some hidden fees that no one knows about or maybe you have a service/seat charge like in Italy, but it seems stupid to me because in this case it's not worth serving coffee at your place as there are much cheaper places with tastier coffee. As for if I would come to your place again, of course not.
Thank you once again...
Read moreLet’s talk about coffee: This is a good looking place where you can have a nice cup of coffee, brunch or go for a cocktail. Whatever, I went for coffee this time. They’re a brand new place and that’s amazing, the staff is super open for feedback and they’re trying their best. They’re working with 400 (?) a Swiss roastery based on Luzern. Espresso (S.O.) is from Ethiopia. As any Ethiopian coffee is fruity and sweet, however, low body to compensate the mid-high roast. Could be better but for a milky drink I guess highly enjoyable. No V60 here. They’re located in downtown, so very busy, difficult to hand-brew coffee here. Instead you can get batch brew. These guys are crazy, they offer you Geisha Coffee for 9CHF in Luzern (if you’re not familiar with Swiss prices, this is cheap). Okay, the coffee is not at its best (it’s normal when you have batch brew) but anyways here you have the evidence that they do want to offer the best possible drink to you, and that matters. Congrats for the nice job guys and thanks for the attention. Highly...
Read moreMeh coffee, overpriced, and grungy, but at least the service was very friendly. I had an oat cappuccino and while perhaps the coffee they use is of good quality, what I received was a poorly extracted (full of earthy, bitter notes) and the milk was watery and poorly steamed. Given the fact that they charge more than the average specialty coffee spot for this and also have an up charge for oat milk, I was very disappointed. I considered ordering another drink or food, but their prices are all way too high for the quality and quantity they serve (yes, even for Switzerland), though I know their central location is behind this. The place itself is also looks and feels grungy. The table and chairs were sticky, the floor looked dirty, the bathroom was disgusting. The one redeeming characteristic is that the young woman who served us was extremely kind and friendly, despite clearly rushing to and fro to handle a very busy café crowd. But overall, if you’re looking for good coffee in Luzern,...
