We are tourists and just want to try few chocolates in this shop and we saw 100 g 12.9 CHF , we have no problème with the price but one staff looked like doesn’t want to take care of us ( her accent like Italian) She spoke very strong noise and was not happy that we just bought few chocolate. We paid by cash and she throw back the change.

Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, und der Service ist ausgezeichnet. Die Auswahl an Kuchen ist einfach fantastisch und die Qualität der Backwaren ist erstklassig. Wir haben dort einen wunderbaren Nachmittag verbracht, genossen köstliche Kuchen und wurden von der gemütlichen Atmosphäre des Cafés verzaubert. Hanselmanns Konditorei und Café ist definitiv einen Besuch wert und wird sicherlich zu einem Highlight Ihres Aufenthalts in St. Moritz!

Los baños son en el piso de abajo 👇🏻 pero lamentablemente no están en buen estado.. use el de las mujeres y todos estaban sucios 🥴 pienso deberían poner énfasis en los baños olían mal. Entiendo que hay muchos clientes.. pero bueno también se requiere excelencia en el piso de abajo.. no solo en el piso superior. Por lo demás todo estuvo bien chocolates ricos y bebidas ricas. No sabía que caja de chocolates comprar todas se veían increíbles y llamativas. Así que compré dos jeje

El lugar es muy lindo, la atención de las meseras es muy excelente amables y super rápidas. Purchased two ice creams and sat out the front which was mostly empty - was told “you can not sit here, you must move, ice cream is takeaway only”.

Not sure if a Central Europe thing - but just really rude, can communicate without being obnoxious.

Was looking for somewhere to eat later in the day, but certainly...

They overcharged and refused to provide a ticket.

Even if it was just a few euros it is not nice taking advantage of foreigners who are just passing through St Moritz and for whom it’s not worth to ruin their day...
